  • 1 8-ounce wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans raw or toasted
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary optional
  • Crackers crostini, or apple slices, for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep Brie: Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe skillet or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pecans evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Drizzle & Bake: Drizzle the maple syrup over the nuts and cranberries. Lay the rosemary sprig on top, if using.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the brie is softened through and just beginning to ooze.
  6. Serve Immediately: Carefully remove from the oven. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve hot with an assortment of crackers, crostini, or sliced fruit for dipping.
