Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prep Brie: Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe skillet or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add Toppings: Sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pecans evenly over the top of the brie.
Drizzle & Bake: Drizzle the maple syrup over the nuts and cranberries. Lay the rosemary sprig on top, if using.
Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the brie is softened through and just beginning to ooze.
Serve Immediately: Carefully remove from the oven. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve hot with an assortment of crackers, crostini, or sliced fruit for dipping.
