Blend: Add the scooped avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
Whip: Blend on high speed. Stop every 30 seconds to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Continue blending for 2-3 minutes until the mousse is completely smooth, glossy, and lump-free.
Portion & Chill: Spoon the mousse into two small dessert cups or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow it to set.
Serve: Top with your favorite garnishes and enjoy immediately.
