Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup baby spinach packed
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 banana frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional for texture

Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender
  • Knife (for ginger/lemon)

Method
 

  1. Add Liquid: First, pour the almond milk and lemon juice into the blender pitcher.
  2. Add Greens: Next, add the fresh spinach leaves.
  3. Add Solids: Top with the frozen pineapple, banana, and fresh ginger.
  4. Blend: Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
