Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded (rotisserie works best)
  • 4 oz light cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Original sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded (divided)
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • For Dipping: Celery sticks carrots, tortilla chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat: First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine Base: Next, in a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Add Mix-Ins: Fold in the shredded chicken and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Assemble: Then, transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20 minutes until the dip is hot and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve: Finally, garnish with green onions and serve immediately with veggies or chips.
