Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 5 oz each tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Drain: Drain the tuna and place it in a medium bowl, flaking it with a fork.
  2. Add Veggies: Add the cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Dress: Stir in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix: Gently stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Garnish: Fold in the fresh parsley and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
